Liquid Inkjet technologies

There are two major kinds of Inkjet technologies applied to create and print the image. The drop-on-demand approach of inkjet technology is characterized by the usage of the heads form ink droplets by assigning the pressure to the nozzle chamber. This causes the drop of ink out of the nozzle onto the media or print area as required to generate the image. Drop-on-demand ink jet heads are of two kinds: thermal and piezo.
Thermal method is prolonged because the ink is extendedly under pressure generating a flow of droplets. The droplets demanded to figure out the image are directed to the media, the droplets which were not used are recycled. So the process is that heating element generates a gas bubble in the nozzle chamber.
Piezo approach uses heads which let out ink by using the pressure to the head’s nozzle chamber. This makes a drop of ink onto the print surface as required to produce the image.
